Hello all, Does anybody know if there is any relationship between the Intel Rate Matching Hub (http://www.intel.com/products/server/chipsets/3400-3420/3400-3420-overview.htm and USB ID 8087:0020) and poor performance of USB soundcards? I've come across two separate forum topics about it: http://www.linuxmusicians.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2588&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=30 http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=806730&page=4 The user on the LinuxMusicians forum could acknowledge that with Windows he had the same performance issues so it's not Linux related but I just wanted to know if anyone else encountered this phenomenon.
