Hi Atte1
Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know, that wav or some other Ecasound readable format supports infile looping. I was thinking of saving a modified file and then looping it or just using Ecasound directly to loop it. No I don't know how to embed looping points in an audiofile with ecasound/ But there should be sfubar, whichcan create soundfonts. If it isn't available for download anymore, I can put it up for you. It's quite simple relies on a config-file being written but can then output a soundfont combined of several audiofiles and I think it also supports looping, one reason the chap who wrote it, wanted it for.
  Kindly yours
          Julien
