The Echonest version includes a de-swinger option -- I haven't tried it though.

But with the version I posted, you have the code -- you just need the
Vamp SDK and Vamp Aubio plugins (both in the standard Ubuntu
repositories? I'm not sure, I'm not using Ubuntu right now) plus the
current version of Rubber Band (http://breakfastquay.com/rubberband).
It's all completely free in the most Debian sense.  Adding a deswinger
to my script should be easy enough.
