Kernel and system setup again..

Hi,
I reinstalled my system and now got problems with jack.
I'm using a 2.6.31.12 kernel with RT patch.
Configured it like my old 2.6.27 RT kernel(which ran fine).
Is there anything new I have to keep an eye on?
I got xruns using both jack-118 and jack-1.9.5

Options that might be important:
PREEMT_RCU ON
GROUP CPU SCHEDULER ON
SLAB ON
CFG IO SCHEDULER
TICKLESS SYSTEM OFF
HIGH RESOLITION TIMER ON
SYMMETRIC MULTI PROCESSING ON
HPET TIMER ON
PREEMPTION MODE REAL-TIME
TIMER 1000HZ
CPU FREQUENCY SCALING OFF

/etc/security/limits.conf is configured:
@audio - rtprio 90
@audio - nice -5
@audio - memlock 50000

Thanks for the help!
Christian
