I'm getting there, by (for the very first time) using punch-in, punch-out zone. While right click on those thin 'tracks' above the audio track I happened to also create an unamed zone by coincidence. Right clicking on one of those unamed markers offers the possibility to play that range in loop (although the looping mysteriously ends after a certain number of times). with seq24 playing along. Oddly, Ardour is not jack sync master, and seq24 is, although play control is done in Ardour. This is rather easy and still have lots to experiment with. It is certainly fun to have software for so long that still have nice pratical features to discover. The only other I know of is emacs :-) Now, is it possible to precisely define the start and stop of a (punch-in/out) zone ? It is possible to do so for the end marker by showing the measures in the secondary clock window and using the mouse's roll, but it doesn't seem to work with zone markers. _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-user
