you might try to "repair" it first - there's not much to lose.

find a cardboard tube like they are in rolls of kitchen tissue or toilet 
paper, put it over the damaged tweeter, close the other end with your 
mouth and then inhale. sometimes you can make the cone come out again. 
if there are no fissures or really bad dents remaining, it might be as 
good as before.

if it doesn't, last resort is a vacuum cleaner, but that might eat the 
entire tweeter if you're not careful.
