You need lv2-c++-tools [1]. It is not in standard repositories so you'll need to compile it yourself (it's pretty straightforward, it only needs libboost-dev as a dependency and builds without problems). I'll (try to :)) make Ubuntu/Debian package when I find some free time so it'll be easier to install it.
