I just downloaded the pianoteq trial (v2.5.2), it shows jackmidi as a
MIDI input port.

I was amazed at how easy it was to get it up and running, too. I have
an M-Audio 49e Keystation plugged into my Linux box. I started up the
app, selected jack as my audio engine, and hit a key on my keyboard,
and it instantly played sound. Sounds fantastic, too, and has a lot of
customizable sound capabilities.
