Re: Guitarix presets?

Guitarix gives a easy to use interface to jconv/jconvolver,
in the web you could find a bunch of ImpulseResponse files, *.wav
witch simulate the amp you like. That's the way to choose a amp model in
guitarix. Reverberation, is just one part, of what jconvolver could do,
the unit in guitarix is more focused on the ImpulseResponse.

Most (wine, mac, . . ) guitar amp simulations use a convolver unit to
simulate the effect from a amp, mostly with lookup tables to feed the
engine.

in guitarix you need to select a file(or a part of it) witch you wone
use. and here we come to the presets, they will store together with the
jconvolver settings, give them some useful names, and voila, you get
your amp list.

Unfortunate I ain't have files witch I can distribute with guitarix, so,
you need to pick them up by your self.

Anyway, presets without the use of jconvolver could included, and we
will do that, as soon we receive some user presets. :-)
