off the top of my head, you can specify it in the toc file for cdrdao. 
iirc, there is a track mode "DATA" that will do what you need. i think 
it has to be the last track on a mixed mode cd.
the cdrdao manpage (or maybe a specific toc format manpage) has details 
afaik.
