The git version has a wavetable player, but it crashed zynjacku. It
seems to run with this command:

jeb@jebspc:~$ lv2_jack_host http://calf.sourceforge.net/plugins/Fluidsynth
URI: http://calf.sourceforge.net/plugins/Fluidsynth
Plugin Name: Calf Fluidsynth
JACK Name: Calf Fluidsynth
Connected to JACK.
Succesfully instantiated plugin.
Set master to 0.500000
Set interpolation to 2.000000
Set reverb to 1.000000
Set chorus to 1.000000
Press enter to quit:

Only question is, how in the world do I configure it? Or is there
something simpler in Calf which will do it?
