insert it inin a LADSPA host that allows you to bind plugin
control ports to a MIDI control messages, do this for the 'Freq'
control and use a MIDI pedal.
A nice host might be ecamegapedal or ecasound directly. I know, that ecasound can do it and ecamegapedal was designed for fooling around with effects.
