midish (http://caoua.org/midish/) transmits midi clock in
playback mode, it must be enabled using the ``dclktx''
command, example:

dnew 0 "28:0" wo	# configure midi device 0
dclktx {0}		# enable midi clock on device 0
t 120			# set tempo to 120 bpm
p			# start playback
