OK, due to popular demand, here is the Flash-free, open format download :)

It's 40Mb rather than 24Mb for the mp4 on Vimeo, but the quality is a tad better.

Well, the downloaded file works fine here and the quality is a lot
better than youtube, but you'd need to sign up to download, and if you
have to download anyway you could also put it up on some ftp server or
something and use any format you like.

Where's vimeo-dl?
