Ah! OK so you want to create an ambisonic version, not a binaural one,
right? Yes, you can use the b-format encoders in Csound but I remember
having some problems with them and ended programing my own encoding
and decoding based on this

LADSPA plugins and ambdec, which I'm sure you know about.
