Yes, you can use the b-format encoders in Csound but I remember having some problems with them and ended programing my own encoding and decoding based on this http://www.muse.demon.co.uk/ref/speakers.html Also you can use Fons' LADSPA plugins and ambdec, which I'm sure you know about.
