They are the latest AFAIK, but sfubar has been replaced with pysf,
a python program created by the same author:

I mirrored it under freepats tools directory, you can also find it
there now.

He is in the list and gives very useful support each time we need
something implemented. sfubar/pysf are great tools to batch process
large soundfonts, pysf can handle high sample rates without problems
(unlike the old swami 1) and it is among the very few utilities that
support the 2.4 version of sf2 files, so it is currently my first choice
to build sf2 files.
