Not at all sure about the rest of the world but here the typical
spelling would be Jigsaw.

In my world Jigsaw refers to a specific kind of picture puzzle where
it's cut into pieces and reassembled by the puzzler whereas puzzle
itself could be anything - numbers, words, pictures, etc.
