netjack now supports compression via celt

hi.

latest jack-svn features celt support in netjack.
celt is a low-latency lossy codec closing the gap between
speex and vorbis.

you need to d/l celt-0.5.0 from http://www.celt-codec.org
and might need to execute ./autogen.sh in your jack
checkout.

this now makes netjack operation over internet possible,

i have also improved alsa_in and alsa_out.
but still need to do some testing, to make them
more robust for this usecase.
