If you checkout the whole drobilla tree: 

http://svn.drobilla.net/lad/trunk

..you can do the waf commands in its root and it will build everything
in there.

Not sure of that target, but I would advice you to check with drobilla
in #ingen. He's always there;). 

There is also an ingen mailing list.
