I will choose one of the CC licenses I think so that people can share, download, listen, play-back (even commercial) to it unlimited and free of charge but that they are prohibited to change, remix, rent or sell it. Are you sure you want to forbid remixes? Things like mixing the music in a home-made youtube video would be forbidden if you choose the "No Derivative" option. Derivatives can make a lot of fans. See the "Brad Sucks" case for a good example: http://www.bradsucks.net/ > Now I want to share with a big audience so do you know any sites and places where I can share under the terms I've mentioned before? Jamendo (jamendo.com) is my favorite sharing site for music under CC licenses. In addition to the free hosting for your music, jamendo shares its ads revenues with authors; so if your album becomes very popular, you may get some money through the revenue sharing program and through donations made by users (well, I would not expect to get a lot of money... but I think it is a nice way of supporting authors who share their music anyways). _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-audio-user
