1st
Atari when I was 8.

We had no spare floppies so we had to leave it on for three days while 
we typed in the code for the game we wanted to play. Of course it didn't 
work when we finished so we gleefully pulled the plug and went out side 
to play instead.

Musically was an apple se40 where I got hooked on the synthetic noises 
for DnD and shufflepuck.

Now I don't play games ever. Trying to figure out how to stop my son 
from becoming an addict too. Maybe get him one of the olpc's.

It's amazing that for him video phones and HD monitors are just a normal 
part of everyday life.
