We had a discussion on that some years ago here. Paul Nasca has removed this exception from his zynadd-site. It also was nothing but a statement on the website, not a part of the licensing. In a license-text you do not say "please do/not" but "you do/not HAVE to". So such requests are perfectly OK for me - if I cannot/do not want to apply, I do not apply(whithout breaking the real license-terms). best regs HZN -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Mozilla - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFI04hN1Aecwva1SWMRAmNgAJ0XE8SlLhyy124o1KzUhGvKGm02GwCdFlxz 1uNyLu6+4yX+dHygrXgjMRw= =WYHu -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/mailman/listinfo/linux-audio-user
