I use mv_embed from metavid(http://metavid.ucsc.edu/wiki/index.php/Mv_Embed) for my website(www.ematech.fr).It's the most free solution I've found and I've tried a bunch of them.It's very flexible as it tries to use the best playback method betweennavigator native support (Ogg theora in Firefox and Opera)/nativeplugin/java player (cortado) and eventually flash (flowplayer)!
