Ok more strangeness:

I compiled with that file, renamed the original zynaddsubfx_vst.so
zynaddsubfx_vst_0.so and copied the new zynaddsubfx_vst.so into my
plugin library. Now eXT2 loads (and redraws correctly on
zynaddsubfx_vst_0.so (the old one renamed) but crashes when trying to
*display* the new zynaddsubfx_vst.so. If I remove the old-renamed one
eXT2 hangs when trying to *load* the new plugin. Seems like it uses some
of the new one and some from the old one...

Even more annoying: My sound settings in the plugin are lost when
reloading a project with some settings in the plugin. Also I won't even
let me load parameters from a saved .xmz (saved from the plugin).

This basically makes the zyn vst plugin useless (unless I stick to
presets un-modified presets and load them by hand)

It seems some cleaning up must be done in the zyn code...
