Would be nice to have this as jack-rack file or in rackarrack.

exciter :      audio-signal => highpass
=> dissortion  => add to audio-signal
enhancer: audio-signal => (different) bandpass filters => dissortion
=> add to audio-signal
(so described in wikipedia)
