I've had good experience with Toniarts Easicleaner 
http://personal.inet.fi/business/toniarts/ecleane.htm . It's free, and 
it also does a number of other useful things like finding duplicate 
files, letting you control all those startup programs that accumulate 
and slow down bootup, etc.
