what is about liblo? is it recognized?
now i remember, that for getting configure recognize liblo (osc) i had 
to specify:

LIBLO_CFLAGS=/usr/include/ LIBLO_LIBS=/usr/lib/

(the same i did with soundtouch - obviously configure recognizes only 
the stuff which is in /usr/local.. ).
once osc was enabled, the binaries were configured.
