Hi!
   First make sure you have your distributions jack-dev (or jack-devel) package 
installed.
   Then just do:
./configure --help | less
   On my system (29 lines per screen) I have to press F twice and then I start 
seeing the options that are interesting. Btw.: If you're not familiar with 
less: f pagedown, b pageup, q quit, / search.
