This one will not take you far - have a look at Jacklab and install
their Realtime-Kernel with YAST:

That`s right - you do not need 3 buffers for a sb-card, 2 buffer will do...

To make it wort RT do this:

1.) install the RT-Kernel from Jacklab (see above)

2.) check, if you have the following lines in /etc/security/limits.conf:

su
vim /etc/security/limits.conf

@audio - rtprio 99
@audio - memlock 1712000


Memlock is set for a system with 2Gig RAM - adjust this according to you
amount...

3.) check, if you are in group ardour....
