And please, to all the app developers out there, please use the systems 
colors. At least give an option to skip your fancy color set and use the 
systems one. There is a reason why some people have such strange 
color-combination like yellow-on-blue in use.

I personally am very glad that the system provides a sensible set of colors to 
use, leaves me with more time to program instead of thinking about colors.
And it does hurt when you optimize your desktops colors for live-on-stage 
usage by choosing a "night-vision-red"-colorscheme and a window pops up that 
is gray-on-white...
