G'day ! ...proximity is your friend Julien. Get up close and personal with 
your mic, speak/sing @ 45 degrees to the capsule to reduce plosives and 
control your breathing to reduce the inhale "white noise" . If you can, get 
into a corner of the room and point the mic towards the apex of the walls 
where some absorbtive material (matress,blanket,pillow, bedding in general ) 
etc would be best draped, stand in front of the absorbant material and have 
the mic "looking" at you and therefore into the mattress/blanket.
