What I did for the list is:
rm /etc/asound.state
The other two files did not exist.
My /etc/modprobe.conf was restored earlier.

I guess you haven't modified any files in /usr/share/alsa, otherwise you
have to reinstall alsa-lib.
Did you make any changes to /etc/modprobe.conf or other module
configuration files where you've set options for the snd-usb-audio
module?
