* Added Linear/log scale slider to limiter. This is disabled
when using the fast-lookahead-limiter.
* Now saves S_LIM_LOGSCALE. Scene warning set when logscale is
changed
* Bolded most of the frame labels (esthetics ;-)
Sorry about that. When I added the foo-limiter as an option I
didn't even think about the fact that it has one more parameter. DOH!
