I suspect they both use the -rt patch.  Unfortunately "mm" is
overloaded - some distros use it to mean "multimedia" but on
kernel.org "mm" refers to Andrew Morton's testing branch.

The real "mm" kernel would be far too unstable for any distro to ship.
