is still up - if it does not work for you - PM me I've got a version
checked out via darcs.  - anyway I don't think it does jack-transport to
MIDI/MTC. - you can do that with ardour, though.

I've started some low-priority project to convert timecodes
http://ltcsmpte.sf.net - the included test-tool can create LTC from
jack-transport and I am looking for a some re-useable standalone
software that'd parse/generate MTC timecode to include in ltcsmpte, but
have not yet gotten around..
