This is happening for me when using the CAPS EQ and TAP Reverberator or Stereo Echo. All output stops until I mute the offending channel. I can usually remove the plugins, reinsert them, and it will work fine for a while. The problem for me is definitely NOT CPU usage. I've monitored that very closely. I have no idea what's causing this but it is annoying.
