There's a cram utility that compresses/decompresses files in
libinstpatch/utils/.  When I ran the autogen it reported an error about
a missing macro definition but I presume it's reasonable possible to
build the thing eventually.

Apart from that, it means that there's no utility to deal with these
for the time being ?

The sound files offered at the resonance site seems interesting.  And
at least there's a possibility to unarchive these files without using
Windows (as in sfArk).
