Hmmm, just had a look at the shopping instructions. It offers Mac or
Windows format. No mention of Linux. Is it in fact a zip file (that can
easily be unpacked) or is it some non-standard thing. I don't have *any*
Windows kit here.


The "Windows format" is a self-extracting exe file, which ran fine
under Wine on Linux.  It unpacks a bunch of miscellaneous help files,
etc. but the Gig or soundfont file is in there, too.

Let me know if you have any trouble with it!
