A Laptop Battle is an elimination style tournament where musicians with
their laptops play a 3 minute piece, the judges and audience vote and the
winner moves on.  Each regional winner plays in a National contest in
Seattle in the Fall.  This year the contestants will need to use a supplied
audio clip in their piece.
