Asterisk and Jack

Hi everyone!
Does anyone of you use asterisk? I wonder, is there a way to give
jack-support to asterisk? Is there a patch, can you do it via simple external
utilities?
Reason why I don't wanna use ALSA is, that I've jack running all the time
anyway and my alsa-devices seem to be a bit weird.
Thanks for any help and hints!
  Kindest regards
           Julien
