I also hear a difference with KCSM being a touch lower than CJRT.
This is using windows XP and some crappy onboard soundcard+dell speakers.

Are there standards for what volume streams should have
when broadcasting?  Is one of these streams faulty?

A quick google didnt reveal of any standards for internet radio,
though obviously im not really in the know about these things.
