Greetings: IIRC both seq24 and SoftWerk sync to MIDI clock messages. http://filter24.org/seq24/ http://softwerk.sourceforge.net/SoftWerk is unmaintained, but it's a very cool sequencer. I haven't tried compiling it lately, I'm not sure it will build on recent kernels and compilers.
