I don't know...I wonder if anyone knows where I can get the best
compiled versions of dssi, dssi-vst and Rosegarden for
Mandriva2006...that would help a lot I think.

I never had any luck with dssi-vst mainly because of it's inability to
interpret long file names or segmented / deprecated name.
