I would like to thank everyone for their comments and suggestions ... even though they weren't what I expected! I have done more development and the music has rather taken control of the direction. I don't think it would have been a good idea to try and shoe-horn it into a style it didn't fit. I think that would have ended up as a, not very good not very oriental, piece.
