I was totally mixed up about what qsynth is.  I assumed qsynth was to
fluidsynth as qjackctl is to jackd, and therefore if I had a lash
enabled fluidsynth, the qsynth would get a lashing.  A little googling
for the fluidsynth lash patch came up nata.  I'll did a little deeper
and get back to you.
