Apparently energyXT will only use native Linux VSTs. Nobody writes native Linux VSTs (although the energyXT author says he has compiiled some).
It will be usable with hardware synths.
I'm not trying to be negative here, but I don't really see the point in a native energyXT.
As for me, I need good MIDI sequencer with live mode. There's none for the date. It's a pity I don't have enough time to write my own, or extend seq24.
