You can do pitch and time correction on vocals with praat.

It's not designed for music, and the interface is rather weird, but once
you get into it it kinda makes sense.
You can analyse a vocal part with it and alter the pitch, time and
formants on a graph. It even lets you apply the pitch, time etc from one
vocal part to another one.

I was quite surprised at how much it's possible to do with praat, it
would be amazing for this kind of thing if the interface was more music
oriented.
