You can do pitch and time correction on vocals with praat. http://www.fon.hum.uva.nl/praat/ It's not designed for music, and the interface is rather weird, but once you get into it it kinda makes sense. You can analyse a vocal part with it and alter the pitch, time and formants on a graph. It even lets you apply the pitch, time etc from one vocal part to another one. I was quite surprised at how much it's possible to do with praat, it would be amazing for this kind of thing if the interface was more music oriented.
