RE: VST API license

I am still in the process of collecting "data," as it appears that Paul and
his current employer are trying to do the same and there might be others as
well. It is likely that we will have to coordinate efforts among different
entities, or (preferably) use one of these entities as our "official"
representative for this cause (but this is obviously something that has to
be agreed upon by the involved parties).
