Boot an SMP kernel and your other > processor should come up fine. I enabled all the SMP flags I could find in the kernel config. I've looked at the output from dmesg I don't know how many times and it was only reporting 1 processor. But when I go and look now it's actually reporting 2. Doh! and Yay! at the same time. thanks John
