Yes it does.  The accoustic bass guitar has a 9-volt battery for that
purpose.  There are bass/mid/treble/volume controls on the guitar
itself.  So, according to what you're saying I could either make a 1/4
to RCA adapter cable or get one from a store and plug the guitar output
directly into one of the M-Audio 1010LT RCA inputs.
